I'm talking about repeat offenders. If the children a woman is bearing are repeatedly abused by another partner to the point where they have to be removed from custody, then she is not capable of protecting them, and I have no problem with her not being allowed to have any more.

Given that adults have almost absolute power over their children, I very much look upon child-raising as a privilege.
