My younger brother passed a gall stone while he was living with us 5 years ago. He was writhing on the floor and screaming, and I barely managed to get him in the car and to the ER. He didn't have much discomfort prior to that. If you suspect gall stones, please get it checked soon. Based on what I observed that day you really don't want to let it go.
