Because my pains were all so low, the doctors searched and searched for something uterine related. Two laparoscopies and a whole bunch of tests later, I mentioned it to my daughter's doctor and she diagnosed gallstones on the spot.

They put me on a no fat diet, which did help with the pain, and removed the whole dang thing cause it was full of stones and nastiness.
