I've heard it describe as feeling like you wrenched your back horribly *and* have a massive bladder infection at the same time.

I don't know how accurate that is.

That sounds like a pretty serious case. Whatever is poking me is definitely not that severe. Not yet, anyway.

Gallstones is my current theory because it's something that runs pretty solidly through my mother's side of the genetic pool.
