It might be worth trying another drug that doesn't focus primarily on serotonin. The SSRI's and atypical antidepressants always caused me issues but my wonder drug has been Wellbutrin, which is an SNRI - it does have some effect on serotonin but its primary mechanism is on norepinephrine.
