Sounds like things are definitely improving. Cool!
I've been dealing with allergies and asthma for about ten years now (actually, I've had the wheat allergy since 1974 or earlier, but didn't know it). I had an herbalist staying here over the weekend, and she suggested yarrow for my asthma/stuffiness. I'm an herbalist myself, but that one hadn't occurred to me, so I've been trying it for the past few days. It seems to actually help, amazingly enough (perhaps as good as benadryl, anyway, and without the drowsiness). A tablespoon or so of dried yarrow in a hot cup of water (or in my red tea). I've still got major asthma problems (go for a walk? er...) but this at least makes some difference.
