if a person is a little bigger around the ribcage than an XL, decent exposures does lots of sizes. however, if a person is a tad better endowed than many people, a person needs the more heavy duty fabric, which at least for me is a pain in the ass to wrestle with when my hands are bad. on the other hand, i wore some of the cotton/lycra ones for years and was completely comfortable, it's just that people would occasionally tell me i ought to consider wearing a bra.
