No kidding. My latest round of renos have been mostly cosmetic, bar the damp proofing, and the finished product is going to be great (I had no idea having a nice floor would be so exciting) but I am completely broken. We are presently stalled because I'm too cheap to pay someone else to paint (and by the time they could come I will probably be OK to finish it off myself).
