That all sounds both chaotic and also perhaps potentially cathartic? When we moved to our current house, I remember how good it felt to just get rid of things I hadn't looked at or used in years, and I swore at the time that I'd never keep anything useless like that again. (You can guess where this is going, right?)
We're edging up on maximum capacity and also paying for a second storage unit (to be fair, it's full of stuff from my mother's house, including the clothes she's still wearing in seasonal shifts), so I'm feeling the itch to start donating stuff, tossing stuff, etc. I hope that we both arrive at that "AH! Freedom!" feeling at some point in the not-too-too-distant future. :-)
