Yeah, I was talking about the physical attractiveness aspect.

I'm well aware of how much attractiveness is influenced by the person inside -- I can literally watch people get uglier in front of my eyes when I get know them and find out they're an asshole -- but the theory I'm talking about dealt solely with looks.

(For the record, I do think of myself as moderately attractive - but only to people who know me.)
