Heh. I didn't realize that the agoraphobia and frustration I get...were also signs of depression. That explains a lot though. I call it 'going hermit' when things just get to be too much to deal with and I stay home and nest and fool myself with thinking that I'm actually okay because I get out through the internet and 'socialize'.
