I just had my very first ever experience with a Neti Pot.

Weirdest. Sensation. Ever.

It's my first try, but based on first use I'm thinking it's going to be a very good thing indeed.

It felt very strange to have warm water coursing around INSIDE MY FACE but not particularly unpleasant.
