Day Two of Project: Regular Gym Time has revealed three things to me. 1) I am weak. 2) I am weak. And 3) I am infexible and weak. I am rediculously sore today after what I would normally consider to be a really minimal workout.

Also, working out in a gym that is that crowded is a real pain in the ass.

But oh sweet juggling Jesus I am as besotted as a teenage boy discovering his first love.

So in other words, things are going pretty good.

Understand what? That I love the exercise?

I'm sure it's an endorphin thing. And anything that makes the hate voice in my head give me a few hours of peace is a wonderful wonderful thing.
