I'm a pretty easy-going person. That's genuine.

But I get most of my motivation from rage.

I was fucking livid yesterday.

I don't really rest well.

I get stagnant and depressed when I'm not moving. I can take breaks, but they aren't very long and the best ones involve working on other things. (I joke that I'm really a shark -- stop moving and I suffocate.)

People try to talk me out of it when I say I'm really pissed, but it tells me all I need to know about what is really important to me.

Don't worry. This is not a negative thing.

PS: I want to take the occasion to say that I (and many friends) appreciated ENORMOUSLY all the hard work you put for Convergence last year in Mtl (where I live)and your current activities. We (especially me, my friend Stéphane Lord and others) know about the bullshit you had to put up with and the bad attitude of some...but thanks to you and Etienne, we had such an unforgettable week-end. You rock girl!!

I watched people I like and respect show bucketloads of grace, professionalism and good humour while dealing with a situation that Should Not Have Happened.

And it pissed me the fuck off.

Because they deserve so much more.
