medical question

What would you eat if you were told to stick to "soft" foods?

All I can think of is soup and yogurt.

Melt a beeswax candle and use the softened wax to plug the hole so food doesn't get into it. That's what I did when my temporary crown fell out until I could get to the dentist the next day.

As for unmentioned food, do you have an aversion to cottage cheese?

That is seriously bad-ass.

I think mine is too tender, but I haven't actually had any problems with food migrating into it so far. (And it seems to be clotting pretty well.)

I get to go tomorrow to have a cavity filled in that's underneath an old crown. So bye-bye silver tooth, (yes, they'll have to take off the crown that's been in place since 1988) and install a new one.

Thank the goddess I get to pay for this in parts.
