I have thoughts!
It's a curious house! Are 'weatherboard' homes common in that part of the world? Not brick? (It reminds me of Maori buildings in NZ).
Those window frames are... curious.

If my shit maths is accurate, that is (by my local standards) super-cheap for a huge house on a quarter acre.

And to get 2.8 million views, amazing!

I love the fact the ceiling fan is a feature.

(No kidding, the pool would be a dealbreaker for me)
