Oh, thank you! That actually helps a lot with my choice of mayor. (I have one good candidate in my ward, and that's for councillor—zero good options for school trustee.)

Thanks. So Mayors did work like they do here, but y'all have looked at Doug Ford and said "he needs moar powah"?

Seems like a bad idea.

The school trustee thing... I'm in the fence on. The article makes some good points but.. *looks at America* *waves away the smoke from the book burnings*.
