That makes sense to me. There have been days when it's been really hot in the sun, but there's a soft breeze that feels cool by comparison.
So do you know what Accuweather's "real feel" was for last night? Because I could not believe it could feel that freakin' hot out at a time of day when the sun wasn't actually shining.
