since youre coming back from a fasting type state, it would be best to start with juices. make a lemonade with lemon juice and natural honey mixed to your taste and work up from there.

you can also add natural maple syrup for added trace elements. The honey will provide an energy boost, and the rest will start to replenish your nutrient flow without upsetting your currently resting and low-acid stomach.
