the_axel haul rubble for a while.
My legs are covered in bruises. My arms are covered in scratches. I have plaster dust in my ears. There is a 14'x6'x5' dumpster sitting on the front lawn that is full to the brim with HOUSE! guts.
Many thanks to those who came out and slogged heavy, filthy spikey crap this weekend. I am deeply in karma-debt.

All the physical exercise has been really good for me -- I am in a much better mood with a lot less stress.
Intense physical activity is something my brain chemistry needs. It's why I go to the gym frequently under normal circumstances.
I'd probably have followed in my father's footsteps if I had been born into a male body, and worn the blue collar all my life.
