House reminder list

Done

I got the garbage cleaned up out of the rear stairwell. It was soaking wet from all the melt but I was able to get it bagged up and through the house without any unintentional comedy. There's more garbage to go out, but my bin is full so I'll put it outside next week.

Got a hold of the plumber. He's going to get back to me with a time for next week.

Took pictures of the section I need to drywall. I figure I can start off by getting advice.

Did an inventory on my freezer. I made some space by pulling things out that can be used up in weekend cooking.

Reached out to the guys who do all my furnace/AC work and asked them to send me some quotes.

[ETA] Took pictures of the box of crap the housemate left behind and sent them to ask what they want done with it

To Do

If they need to access the boiler, I need to move some of the left-over stacks of flooring. They can go into the apartment for the short term.

Go through the other piles of stuff the contractor left behind - some of it tools he'll no doubt want back, so I'll need to box it up and put it out of the way. (Maybe I can start cleaning out the cold room to make space for some of it? I bet if I do I'll find more beer cans.)

Find the bin of painting supplies. (In the shed maybe?)

Put together a list of supplies I need to buy. Paint for starters.

Update the government grant site with the completed energy assessment. I have a sinking feeling they're going to ask for more receipts.

Find the name of the company that did the roof last time and get them up there to check on it - the gutters appear to be emptying right outside my window. And they should probably check the guys who put up the neighbours new extension didn't damage anything
