I read this in the UK sense and imagine loads of people bare from the waist down, which would gross me out way too much (especially if the seats were cloth!).

They did it in Boston too! I was a little disturbed by the pictures of people taking pictures, though. Everything can be documented, these days, and will probably end up on utube or flickr.
