I'd not want to be the lawyer trying to prosecute that argument (but I'll bet this shiny coin whatever the local version of the Jewry Council you have has started that process), but on the other hand it's not like the symbol has any other meanings.
And, if you are anywhere near York/Richmond Hill, I think the person who defaced the mosque may have just outed themselves... that or they're just super serious supporters of Swastika, Ontario ... but I doubt that.
(I've driven over the "white lives matter" graffitti. That they didn't hashtag it says something, but grammar is not a strong point - and I'm sure it actually says 'White Lives Matte'.)

I can't work out if hanging out the flag is more passive or aggressive than compared to what we're seeing about the place.
