I figure if the person compensating for your ADHD also has cognitive differences affecting executive function, and you're leaning on them bc they're basically female, then find someone else to compensate for your ADHD. (That being short hand for what goes on in my household.) Sympathy.
Also, the way you look after The Old Man is wonderful. Our elders are suffering, and everyone goes to the BBQ.
