No alibi sentence for me yesterday - I completely forgot I had an appointment after the lecture and by the time that was all dealt with I was cooked for the day.

Today has been a long day, but I plan to start working on getting a few words down the second I hit the "post" button. Well at least one. Maybe more than one.

I should probably move my check-ins to earlier in the day even if I haven't done my own writing yet - I tend to not get to it until after everything else has been cleared off my plate.

I edited a humorous fairy tale story that I want to submit by the end of the month. It will be rejected, but it will be done!

I managed 81 words on the newest thing. It was another very long, extremely tiring day. I would like to be independently wealthy now, please, so I can hire a life concierge.

I wrote two paragraphs on project! And got a tarot reading warning me about carrying grudges. Did I mention that this project is called STILL MAD?

Aug 4: 400 words, taking the epilogue in a new direction, and so far it feels like a good one!

Yesterday (4th), the heat was even more miserable than on Wednesday; we went up to 36°C/97°F outside, and 29°C/84°F inside (did I mention that we have neither ceiling fans nor A/C?) I wrote a writing-related mail, a comment, and an alibi sentence turning into 285 words on a drawer fic. They're crap but at least gave me a sense of accomplishment. ;op Today it's supposed to cool down - to 30°C/86°F /o\
