Anecdotally 4/5ths of the people I know who have taken Paxlovid have rebounded and I don't know a single person who rebounded Paxlovid-free. The 'official' Paxlovid tests were on unvaccinated people, so I suspect vaccination and also higher body weight has something to do with it.
