Seats are the worst. I have a cushion for when it gets too much, until I build up resistance. And even then.

I'm trying to get back into it after two years off, and day two hurts a lot.

I don't have any real experience with weights, except that I seem to build (some) muscle on my noodle arms pretty quickly.
