city of angles

Back from Vegas in one piece.
Free trips to warm places in January is a very good thing. Must remember to get bumped off of airplanes more often.
Am very glad to be home, however, even if home is mind-bendingly filthy and smells strongly of caulking compound at the moment. (We have windows! With whole panes of glass! And doors we don't have to lift into the latch!) Vegas is a lot of fun for a very short period of time, amusing if overwhelming for a slightly longer time, and bloody annoying after a couple of days. I judge it as being yet another city where one's enjoyment would be directly enhanced by a large infusion of money. (I have a very similar response to Manhattan and London.)
Many many smooches to
bcholmes. I had a lot of fun.
Gambled a little. Didn't win a million dollars. Oh well. Guess that means I have to go to work today.
