I've been watching a tv series on Britain's Cambridge spies, and am thus inspired to recommend to you the following drink -

"The Burgess": vodka - grapefruit juice - vodka.

"Sets one up nicely."
"For what?"
"For the next one."

I should think that, after a few stiff Burgesses (if you'll pardon the expression), that stress level of yours should be lowering nicely. :)
