at least it's cool in the basement

You know, I like rats. Quite a lot. They are inquisitive, clever, affectionate little animals.

But that like extends mostly to the domestic wing of the species. The clean ones, bred to be docile and raised to be well-disposed towards humans.

Much like humans, the uninvited guest who comes into my house - possibly with his own uninvited guests in tow - is Not Cool.

And that's pretty much all I have to say about how the rest of my weekend is going to go.

On the plus side, taxes are now caught up until 2004.
