Apparently it has been over two months since I last posted.

This time of year feels like spring for me. I'm a bear emerging from hibernation, my legs are all wobbly and I'm sniffing around to see the entire landscape changed since I went under.

Coming out of the summer funk is a little slower this year. The weight of the world feels heavier. But hey. Still here. Still alive. That counts for something in the bear world.

It's that time of year again.

Rules

[Edited To Add] Out of random curiosity I started wondering if anybody else out there is still doing this. I found a lot of entries from a lot of different people, including a website and a twitter, but they all seemed to peter our around 2012. (Which reminds me, didn't I make a Facebook page for it once upon a time?)

Anyway, I found this post that attributes the original idea to writer John Rickers. And the wayback machine found me a post from 2007, which includes a spiffy alternate banner.
