Apparently it has been over two months since I last posted.
This time of year feels like spring for me. I'm a bear emerging from hibernation, my legs are all wobbly and I'm sniffing around to see the entire landscape changed since I went under.
Coming out of the summer funk is a little slower this year. The weight of the world feels heavier. But hey. Still here. Still alive. That counts for something in the bear world.

Date: 2018-10-14 05:00 am (UTC)I've only ever met one other person in my life who has reverse SAD. We also both have circadian rhythm sleep disorder so I wouldn't be surprised if there is some relationship between the two.

Date: 2018-10-14 07:08 am (UTC)I've always been curious about SAD, in that I've always been curious to see if it would affect me, or not.
The good news: as a medical professional, I'm pretty sure I don't have CRD, however! of the symptoms for the intrinsic disorder, I easily recognise three at various times in the past few months. Sleep science is fascinating.
But I ramble.
