OMG I so understand. When I woke up after my surgery and realized I could breathe clearly through both nostrils at the same time for the first time, I thought I was going to pass out. Of course, going through that first dry winter with completely open sinuses was sooo painful. heh I hope this keeps working for you. Reminds me, I need to be better about flushing my sinuses more often so they don't get blocked again.
