I am three degrees of seperation from Kevin Bacon.

I went to public school with Mike Myers.
Mike Myers was in Wayne's World (1992) with Colleen Camp
Colleen Camp was in Trapped (2002) with Kevin Bacon

I'm also three degrees of seperation from Elvis:
I met Timothy Leary at a pagan festival.
Timothy Leary was in Shocker (1989) with Michael (I) Murphy
Michael (I) Murphy was in Double Trouble (1967) with Elvis Presley

Wow, that's better than mine.
I'm like five... I think.

At work (in Cowtown), there was a woman who came in who I used to chat with. She was a set designer for North of 60. She used to take our Post Office promo posters when we were done with them for the post office on the set.

North of 60 had Greame (sp?) Green.
GG was in Dances with Wolves with Kevin Costner
KC was in Robin Hood Prince of Thieves with Christian Slater
CS was in Murder in the First with KB

No fair going to school with celebs! :P

I'm four degrees from Jim Carry too. My sister dated the son of a comedian who was Carrey's best friend when he still lived in Canada.

I'm two degrees from Elvis -- my uncle once presumed upon an acquaintance to get into a party at Graceland and actually meet Elvis. He said Elvis was pretty hammered (what a surprise!), and that it was actually a tamer party than he had expected to see. Mostly, it was Elvis and some of his buddies sitting out by the pool drinking whiskey, with a few girls wandering around.

I have no idea what my Bacon Number is, but I've met enough mid-level media tyes and politicians that it probably is fairly low.

The best I can do is
I've been kayaking with someone who worked on Nightmare before chirstmas, Driected by Tim Burton.
Tim Burton was in Singles (1992) with Matt Dillon
Matt Dillon was in Wild Things (1998) with Kevin Bacon

Although I can claim about 4-5 degrees to David Bowie and Leonard Cohen without having go through two layers of movies and crap like that :)

I think I'm three degrees from David Bowie through my musician ex-husband.

They need to build one of those for people in bands.

My connection to Bowie is as follows:
One of my best mate's dog's mother and aunt played the Big White Fluffy Dog in Labyrinth, Starring David Bowie. A streach, I'll admit, but somewhat unique.

I have either one or two degrees.

One: I was an extra in "She's Having a Baby" starring Kevin Bacon.
Two: I spent a few days photographing Spinal Tap in 1984. Michael McKean (David St Hubbins) co-starred with Kevin Bacon in "The Big Picture"

Naked is generally more fun. Just thought I'd point that out.
