Covid diary: day 5

Last day of paxlovid. Excellent timing because I just ran out of candy.
I tested this morning and came back negative, so I assume that means I'm over the hump. I'm feeling mostly OK? Throat has downgraded to only "swallowed a razor blade on accident" as opposed to the "opened a portal to the Cenobite dimension" I was dealing with before. My appetite is back to normal, although that's a bit of a mixed blessing as my ability to actually get up and make food is severely compromised even when the definition of "make" is generously broadened to include "take out of fridge, put in microwave" or "consume dry cereal straight out of the box".
I still tire incredibly fast. I'm really scatterbrained but honestly that could just be a by-product of the tired.
My biggest worry is the vertigo because that hasn't subsided at all. I worked for that ability to walk in a straight line, dammit. I'll be mad if I have to start over from scratch. But I'm not getting too ambitious about testing it quite yet. I'll see what happens in the next couple of weeks.
