I am in such a good mood.

The bad thing about the picketers at C10; there was a subsection of people I didn't get to hang out with nearly as much as I wanted to. I actually went hunting for a few specific individuals at the venue, but to no avail. Buggeration.

The good thing about the picketers at C10; I couldn't do a lick of work. I spent the whole weekend hanging out and relaxing. I can feel muscles in my neck and shoulders that have been numb for the last six months.

The various cars full of Canucks and UKers made it home without major incident last night. Today I have been noodling about the house doing laundry and unpacking and feeling entirely chuffed at being back in my own house.

I have over 1000 emails to sort through.

Tonight, we will drag the visitors to the Bovine Sex Club. Tomorrow, sight-seeing. Then I have to figure out how to get them to Massachusetts.

Life is good, my droogies. Life is very good.

Yay to safe return, but a big boo to no Siobhan for a year, unless you're heading to Whitby or Bats' Day or some such.
It was so much fun seeing you on a Sunday not *completely* worn out from making all of this madness into some sort of Convergence-like order.

My absence is not for lack of wanting, I assure you. You guys are often in my thoughts and I find myself getting a tad misty-eyed about places I visited in TO. *sigh* Every year, I'm thinking to myself "Right. THIS year - definitely" but y'know... life 'n' all that.
