I keep finding new bruises.

I came to the conclusion last night that what my life really needs is fewer doctors and more mosh pits. That'll sort out everything that's wrong with me.

There appears to be a cricket living in our basement.

Fie and Fuck.

Ah well, you were sick last time they were in town, so I guess it was my turn this time.

Sorry to raise the possibility, but maybe the "cricket" is moshpit-induced brain damage? ;)

I hear strange things in the basement too. And we don't even have a basement.

You hear strange things in your imaginary basement?

I hate when that happens. ^_^

Better than when your imaginary basement falls eerily quiet.

I meant to go to that, ditto on the "Fuck."

Well, I hear things in my imaginary basement. Strange is relative, no? ;)

Why yes, my relatives *are* strange...oh, that isn't what you meant?

Yes, strange is indeed relative. Understatement of a lifetime, that is.

Now regarding noises in basements, if the noise sounds scary or threatening, then it's strange.

Why does it always have to be the crickets that are moshpit-induced brain damage? I like crickets. Why can't my cow-orkers be the moshpit-induced brain damage?

Maybe they are, too. Has anybody else actually seen these alleged cow-orkers?

Be careful before going too far down this down this path. You may fall into my habit of standing up in the middle of the office and shouting "bugger this! you're all figments of my imagination! I'm off down the pub!"

Speaking from personal experience?

Except I discovered I bruise my thigh from banging on it with my fist during the show. They fucking rocked so much we went to see them in detroit the next day. We almost went to Toronto. If Gas were $3/ga, we would've.
