I am burnt the hell out

Yesterday I was supposed to go to rehersal and I bailed because I just could not face the idea of putting my boots on and leaving the house.

Today it took a half-hour of internal nagging just to get my pants on so I could come to work.

I need a housecoat day[1] in the worst possible way.
