I remember being in Grade 8 in a Toronto Catholic School.
My class had a special visitor.
This special visitor talked about God and children.
She asked us how we felt about God.
Then she showed us a movie.
It had dead babies and fetuses after abortions with little eyes and little feet and little hands.
She gave us pamphlets to take home.
My mom looked at them and got pissed, but told me not to tell my dad about how angry the pamphlet made her.
I think I need a pamphlet to bring home to Colombia with pictures of women after fucked abortions or pictures of children dying of hunger and thirst because their moms are either dead or parents have been unable to make ends meet.
And I wonder if the Toronto Separate School Board still allows these so-called "pro-lifers" into their classrooms.
