Well, it was the best image...

It wasn't the best homage to a great doctor.

Democrats are blue, Republicans are red.

She lost the nomination for Presidential candidate, but she's still a senator and a major player in the Democratic Party. I expect she's hoping for a nice cabinet position.

Yeah but why is he *blue* as in why is he tinted ('red' was a small joke about him being a socialist terrorist).

I forgot the US system allows Prez/Veeps to stay in their existing job. I guess that mean's McCain's still in the senate and *shudder* Palin is still in charge of Alaska.

I certainly hope she enjoys warmer relations with the Prime Minister of Canada and the PM of Quebec now.

/I take the fun out of everything.

That is completely fucking awesome and I shall steal it and plaster it everywhere I can on the web. Thank you.

I'm on the other side of the planet.
I totally expected the Republicans to lose.
But watching the Democrats actively strive to win for the right reasons and do so by such a landslide and with such a young leader is so inspiring.

Thanks for this! As thrilled as I am that Barack won, I've been working so hard for so long on this campaign, that I'm exhausted. It's hit all at once, which is fine, but now all the emotion is coming out...
This made me laugh...which I desperately needed.
BTW I bet Barack would love it too!
