A friend pointed out that the problem with cross-posting to LJ and having comments only enabled here, is that DW is selectively blocked at some work places while LJ is not. (I would assume visa versa is also true.) So since I can't have a commenting window open up there but post to here, I'll just open up posting on both sites.

This post is a test to make sure it works.

I promise all the DW postings will die down soon when everybody has all the bugs worked out. Honest. I promised you the Harry Potter squeeing would die down oh so long ago, and it did, didn't it? So there you go, you can trust me on this.

I don't know why, but this isn't showing up on my DW unless I click the link from LJ, and it should just be there near silentq's. Will be curious to see if it appears when I click send.

I've never heard of LJ or DW being blocked at work (they're not as popular as FB), but I can see it would happen.
