* Clean my room and the piles of paper/clothes etc all over the desk and floor.
* Sort through the boxes/drawers/closets full of old clothes and ebay the ones I'm never likely to wear again. (Which also means figuring out how that works.)
* Sort through the pile of clothes that need to be dyed/repaired/patched -- and either get started on dying/repairing/patching them or finally admit that it's never going to happen and throw the damn things away.
* Make a date with my sister to have the shopping-for-birthday-present get-togther I promised her a month ago.
* Clean up the piles of paper/demos/etc all over the office.
* Make a date with missshirley to do that walking tour of Little India we had planned last month.
*Do my taxes
* Make a date with my nephew for the trip to Toronto that I promised him a month ago.
* Wash and vacuum the car and clean up all the piles of paper/crap in the garage.
*Find a date to keep that lunch appointment I made with mother two months ago.
* Sort out the piles of CDs all over the house -- put mine away and give the rest back to their rightful owners
* Figure out a time when Mr Sharkey, 50_ft_queenie, zero_gravity and I can get together for some semi-regular writing sesions.
*Clean up and update the cangoth site
*Do the same with the binetcanada site.
* Get the guestbook working on the wiccanfest site
* Go through all the Convergence files on my computer, delete the ones I don't need, and archive the rest
*Get the stacks of C8 tshirts to the post-office
* Sort out the last of the folks who owe us money -- and who we owe meoney to.
* Clean up the various sets of bones I've been working on.
* Finish the curtains for my bedroom so I can get some sleep when I'm working midnight shift
* Get the screen for the roof door so we can actually use it without the cat making a break for freedom
* Fix my printer so it doesn't gag on the paper every time I try to use it
* Put away my winter clothes. (It is June.)
* Update/balance my chequebook.

So, who did you help to shuffle off this mortal coil then?!
If I told you, then I'd have to kill you too. ;->
Actually they are animal bones. I have a bug-box in my back yard that I use to clean the meat off dead things that I aquire through perfectly-legitimate-legal-means-and-nobody-can-proove-any-different.
At the moment it has a snake, a pigeon and a mouse in there.
I already have a couple of deer skulls and a baby racoon skull and whole collection of box turtle and squirrel parts.

Date: 2002-06-25 06:04 am (UTC)I bet the top item is the last one finished.
I wouldn't be at all surprised. The "sorting out big piles of junk" jobs seem to be the ones I most resist doing lately.
And my room hasn't been done in years. I shit you not. When I was suffering from depression and having a hard time getting it together to keep myself cleaned up and presentable I just never had the energy to tackle it, and in the last eight months I just haven't had the time. I think Jimmy Hoffa is in there.

Date: 2002-06-25 06:29 am (UTC)(Seriously, I know how hard it is to get stuff done that doesn't absolutly have to be done, with stuff that the world sees being the first chunk of the "have to" criteria.)

I lived in the same place for 16 years before moving overseas and was stunned at some of the crap I had in my storage areas. Too bad ebay didn't exist then...I probably could have paid for my flight and then some.
It wasn't until we bought our house that most of my boxes were finally unpacked, and I realised that I still had lots of unneeded stuff. I donated about 5 bags to a charity shop, and have the better stuff waiting to ebay.
I ebayed a bunch of stuff last month and made about 220 UKp!
So, sort out your stuff and sell the unwated bits on ebay and make cash while you make space!
