So the ENT appontment was a complete fail.

He kept interrupting me, asked me questions about incidents that had talked about earlier without identifying what he was specifically asking about so I gave him confusing/conflicting answers, did an Eplay maneuver on me and said "You're fixed now."

So I'm debating whether or not to go back to him and tell him no, not fixed now. Or go back to my GP and ask for a referral to somebody who isn't an Old White Guy Who Knows Everything.
