Had two job interviews in the past week. I think they both went well. The one I really want would be a level increase, so more responsibility, more stress, but also more money. And I would be working next to somebody I already know and like - in fact he's the one who called me and prodded me into applying. So I have my fingers crossed.
The Bad
Alex got out. We still have no idea how. We got him back, but TCR takes an (understandably) dim view of two escapes in a row, so it means no more cat fostering for us.
The Ugly
D was in the hospital overnight. Apparently he's been walking around with pneumonia for the past several months. At least he's getting treated finally, but fuck. What a way to spend your vacation.
