I took some friends to see that movie at a theatre in the middle of nowhere. On the way back to the house we had to drive through this deserted area, and I kept telling my friend that he was going to be standing on the side of the road with a camera. Then my other friend reached around the back of the seat and pinched her. She screamed and hit the roof. I had to pull over I was laughing so hard.
Some movie that I went to see when I was a kid had a trailer for The Beast Of Five Fingers. (A movie about an animated severed hand.)
I used to share a big bed with my younger sister in those days, and I remember lying awake and trying to convince myself that It Was Just A Movie and that Hands Don't Go Crawling Around By Themselves.
Her foot was sticking out of the covers, and at that exact moment she wiggled her toes. I had to be peeled off the ceiling.
Heh, so I've seen Pope Sidious the 1st, Pope Fester ... but honestly I think the best comparision so far has been the new pope and Dan Akroyd's character in Nothing but Trouble.

Date: 2005-04-20 01:27 pm (UTC)I mean, he is the effin' pope, he can do that, right?
Otherwise, what's the point of being pope?
Or, were you just saying that Christopher Lloyd is infallible?
