QotD: What's your zodiac sign?

questionoftheday asks: What's your zodiac sign? Do you think it accurately describes you? Do you know your rising sign?

My answer:

I'm a Capricorn, which supposedly means ambitious, conservative and a social climber. I don't think any of those things describe me. It also means hard worker, though. The kind of person who just puts their head down and grinds through a task. That's definitely me. And holy shit, stubborn. (Just ask any of my partners.)

My rising sign is Libra. From what I remember, your rising sign has influence on your appearance and Libras are one of the signs that tend to skew fat. So I'd say that's accurate.

Now if we're talking Chinese zodiac my sign is Water Tiger. I'm not sure how the combination of water goat and water tiger is supposed to work out but it does kind of appeal to me aesthetically.

I leave the interpretation up to people who are more versed than I am.

I've always found that most astrology systems peg me spot-on. So I take that as a way to better improve myself and try to not be a victim of the negative aspects that I have exhibited in the past but instead focus on making them positive :)
