Does my chest hurt because I have the plague or because I have been cooped up in a house full of allergens without respite for six weeks? Is this headache from stress? Are these other symptoms just more of my usual asthma-triggered anxiety?

Anyway.

My role as an executor has been gradually winding down. Most of what's left involves listening to the atrocious hold music of various banks and utility companies while I scan boxes of photographs (yes, again). My current record stands at 112 minutes of listening to the same six bars play over and over again. Then I hung up because I had to go pee.

There are an awful lot of photographs of people I don't know in these boxes. That's what happens when you pick up and move your family to another country, I guess. Once I'm done I'll put them online somewhere and crowd-source for names - most of my family is on the Evil Zuckerburg site so that part should be pretty easy.

I feel like I'm fighting off the Big Black Dog with my teeth and fingernails these days. Being home all the time has really made it impossible for me to ignore the stuff that's just not working in my life. Plus you know, global pandemic and lots of people around me being sick.

So I work out every day. Go out in the backyard and muck about in the dirt and the bugs and the sun. Hang tight and wait for the next thing.

My ISP used to have a callback function. Was great. Until the ISP was bought out, and I guess the system cost too much?

Oh, I hate that is-this-a-symptom, is-it-allergies thing. My sympathy. I'm glad you have the yard with the dirt and the sun and so forth; I know mine has been very helpful.
