It is SO HOT in my place I only managed a couple of alibi sentances last night. It's still hot today but the air quality has improved so I might try my porch tonight.

I feel you on the heat and humidity. We're getting a break today because of torrential rains, but it's supposed to be hot and muggy for the rest of the week. *sighs* I hope there's some relief on the porch for you tonight!

On Day 2, I added 242 words to Chapter 17.

The good thing about the humidity is it means we get a lot of evening thunderstorms and that seems to help clean a lot of the particulates out of the air. So that's a help at least.

My porch is covered, so I was able to sit outside for an hour or so. And I honestly think the rain helps get some of the crud out of the air.

Day 2: managed to fiddle a bit with one of my WIPs and ended up with 127 words, although I don't know if I'll keep them. Still, writing more than an alibi sentence is currently a win. *sighs in exhausted*

Same here. If I could I would move to Northern Sweden - we always wanted to and would be able in theory, but can't for family obligations.
