More transcribing and editing last night. And then I spent some time on youtube finding drawing tutorials to noodle around with. I have some notebooks that are small enough to carry around with me to scribble in when I'm just sitting on the bus, I just need to find something I can carry a couple of pencils so I won't break them. (Although I guess I can just use pens since it's just for practice. Are pencil cases still a thing?)

The contractor is back today and there is shitty daytime radio blasting from my basement. I tell you, I have never been so happy to hear Nickelback in my whole life.

Yay for everything! Pencil cases still exist, but a small, flat tin might provide more protection for pencils.

Day 14: This morning I had an idea about a possible major reworking of the main part of this chapter, which might solve the problems I've been having with it. But I've decided to let the idea sit for a few days and see if it still seems like a good plan when I come back to it; for now, 500 words on the next scene.

You didn't mention that cornerofmadness and I are taking over tomorrow at zwei_hexen, did you forget or did I miss something? I haven't been online much in the last days and didn't check in /read your entries, so perhaps that's why.
Edit: My brain obviously can't brain currently, it seems; of course we're taking over only on the 16th. /o\ So never mind me.

Day 11: some 200 words + two pages longhand
Day 12: three pages longhand
Day 13: 512 words: alibi sentence + nonfic
Day 14: 91 words, drafting plots for an upcoming exchange

We had contractors that played the absolute worst bubblegum pop country, and I thought it might drive me to murder despite the good work they were doing, so I definitely relate to your pain here!

On Day 14, I added about 125 words to Chapter 17 for our 7.5 hour drive that turned into 12 because of miles of bumper to bumper traffic.
