Can you get some mouthwash with CPC? For both you and them - they should use the Enovid (or Covixyl, which is cheaper here) as well. Also H1 and H2 antagonists for you both: https://synecdochic.dreamwidth.org/805203.html

Looked at my daily allergy meds, turns out I'm already on one of the H1 antagonists - so I just need to pick up some over the counter for them, and H2 for us both.

Just and FYI, from my sister who is on top of ALL the Covid stuff, you can get Betadine cold defense nasal spray at any Canadian pharmacy. It has tested as well against Covid as Enovid and is a fraction of the price (and even cheaper if you order it from Amazon).
